Schedule a Private Tour at the Rubell Museum DC

Additionally, we have a few free resources that are available to all visitors that can be found on our website, including a free self-guided audio tour and discounted tickets.
For each standard tour, we can accommodate groups as small as one person, to as large as 15 people.
This is to ensure the best possible experience for your group. For corporate groups, tour operators, schools, and other larger tour groups, we are happy to accommodate more visitors–please clarify if this applies to you.
1. Cancellation or Modification
Guests may cancel or reschedule guided tours up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability of alternative time slots within regular hours of operation. Please note that cancellations incur a non-refundable administrative and processing fee of 15%. Cancellations or modifications are not allowed within 48 hours prior to the event. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before the event date to be eligible for any alternative options, if available.
2. Non-Refundable Within 48 Hours of the Event
All ticket purchases are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event start time. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled if the request is not made 48 hours prior to the event.
3. Exceptions
In rare circumstances–such as unexpected museum closures, sever weather in Washington, D.C., street closures, or major city events–we may offer alternative dates for rescheduling or provide full refunds. These exceptions are made at our sole discretion and will be communicated directly to affected ticket holders.
4. Transferability
Tickets are nontransferable to another person other than the buyer. Please ensure that you are able to attend before purchasing.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by an inability to use the ticket due to personal circumstances such as travel delays, or other events outside of our control.
